📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a strong partnership in the children's education.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Promote a positive and supportive culture within the classroom and the school community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children (ages 3-6).
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early education.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods to engage young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other staff members.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
