📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Verify and process invoices and payment records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on account payable activities.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Support the finance team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account payable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks.
