📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the area.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
