Apotek Zahra Health Center is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
