Crown Net Indonesia is looking for an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or sales role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
