As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, including waiters, cooks, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and local market trends is a plus.
