Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the local market.,Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business development tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
