DCS Operator Assistant

PT Cahaya Fajar Kaltim is looking for a skilled DCS Operator Assistant to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our production lines run efficiently and safely.

As a DCS Operator Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the Distributed Control System (DCS) to optimize production output. You will work closely with the DCS Operator to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 6.745.000 - Rp 6.745.419 per bulan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control the Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure optimal production output.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of DCS equipment to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
• Work closely with the DCS Operator to ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with the DCS system.
• Document all activities and maintain detailed records for compliance and operational purposes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Provide support to the DCS Operator during shifts and ensure smooth handover of operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DCS Operator or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in DCS systems, such as Honeywell Experion PKS or Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and their integration with DCS.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
