📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven experience in sales, operations, or financial management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
