Camp Plus Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Deputy Captain to join our team in Palembang. The Deputy Captain will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our camp activities and the well-being of our participants. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and organizing camp activities.,Supervise and guide camp staff to ensure high-quality service.,Monitor camp operations to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.,Handle participant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.,Maintain a clean and organized camp environment.,Assist in the training and development of new camp staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or camp industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good knowledge of camp operations and safety procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.,English language skills are a plus.,Valid first aid certification is a plus.
