📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
