As a Drilling Machine Operator (DM 245), you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of drilling machines, including rotary drills and air track drills, to support our mining and energy projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers and geologists to ensure that our drilling operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain a variety of drilling machines, including rotary drills and air track drills, to support our mining and energy projects.
• Ensure that all drilling operations are carried out safely and efficiently, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record drilling progress, including depth, time, and core recovery rates.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment, as needed.
• Work closely with our team of engineers and geologists to ensure that our drilling operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed, and that all personnel are trained and certified in the safe operation of drilling equipment.
• Participate in regular safety inspections and audits, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all drilling operations, including equipment maintenance and safety inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Drilling Machine Operator, preferably in the mining or energy sector.
• Valid DM 245 certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including long hours and irregular shifts.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
