As a General Trade Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers. Your daily tasks will involve market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure our sales team is always ahead of the curve.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales management software such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
