Bright Crown Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
