📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.,Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Manage schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
