📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage inventory levels and order restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Train and develop store staff to enhance customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.,Assist in the development and implementation of the store's marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Must be willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
