Code Net Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Lead to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address those needs.,Facilitate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure learning and development programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and guidance to the learning and development team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories, models, and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.,Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other related technologies is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
