📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems, including implementing backup and disaster recovery plans.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the successful implementation of new technologies and systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in system administration and IT security.,Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.,Work with the company's leadership to identify IT needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in Windows and Linux environments.,Experience with network administration, including configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls.,Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.,Experience with IT security best practices, including implementing and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
