Hotel Fitri Tea is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hotel and enhance guest experiences. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an impact quickly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and occupancy rates.,Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and website updates.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the sales and reservations teams to drive bookings and revenue.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using key metrics and tools.,Manage the hotel's social media presence and engage with guests and potential guests online.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
