📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct performance evaluations of production staff and provide constructive feedback.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and improve processes.,Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
