📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
