📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
