In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, a creative approach to training, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to develop personalized learning plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Familiarity with e-learning technologies and platforms.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
