📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers,Implement and maintain quality control processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to travel as needed
