📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address client needs and concerns.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our interior design products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Manage and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
