📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the logistics department.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the logistics team.,Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the logistics network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
