📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for Erajaya's expansion.,Negotiate leases and agreements with property owners or developers.,Conduct site visits and due diligence to assess feasibility.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth site acquisition processes.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or real estate development.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian real estate market and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
