📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor credit risk across all customer segments
• Oversee the issuance and management of customer credit lines
• Optimize cash flow and liquidity through effective treasury operations
• Implement and maintain financial controls and compliance procedures
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• CPA certification (required)
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk management and treasury operations
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
