📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect high-quality leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.,Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners.,Drive the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings with the sales team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns.,Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and market insights to the sales leadership team.,Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
