In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing. You will also work on preparing monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards. Additionally, you will provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. Our team uses QuickBooks, SAP, and other advanced accounting software to streamline our processes and ensure accuracy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Maintain and update financial records and reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support operational planning.
• Provide financial support to the management team, including ad-hoc financial queries and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in a dynamic, international business environment is a plus.
