🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in nursing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning and implementation.
• Certification as a Nursing Executive or equivalent.
