As a Logistics Coordinator at Keyence Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our export/import and warehouse operations. You will work with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate export/import operations, including customs clearance, documentation, and shipping arrangements.
• Oversee warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock control, and warehouse safety.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to track and manage inventory and shipments.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, HACCP, and other industry-specific requirements.
• Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to support their logistics needs.
• Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, export/import operations, or warehouse management.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international trade laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
