As our Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and performance standards. You'll work with a variety of vehicles, including trucks, forklifts, and other industrial equipment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a fleet of vehicles including trucks, forklifts, and other industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and vehicle history.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automotive maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive maintenance, preferably in industrial or heavy-duty vehicles.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as scan tools, hydraulic testers, and electrical testing equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (MMS) and computer-aided maintenance management (CAMM) systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate industrial vehicles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
